Information SLATALYST handles

• Account identifiers and profile details supplied by the Google or Apple sign-in flow.
• Your state, selected sportsbooks, dashboard filters, tracked picks, parlays, unfinished Player Props selections, and related preferences. An unfinished Props draft contains the selected sport, player or team, event, market, sportsbook, side, line, recorded odds and their original timestamps/source identifiers, with revision, sync and account-lifecycle metadata.
• If you choose Use my location, your device sends latitude and longitude to SLATALYST. Our server forwards those coordinates to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder to determine your state. SLATALYST does not save precise coordinates to your profile; only the resulting state is saved. The Census Bureau receives the coordinates and technical request information, and its own logging and retention practices apply. You can choose a state manually without sending coordinates.
• Your chosen security destination, verification state, and session-security events. A code you enter is submitted to SLATALYST for verification by the applicable email or SMS verification flow. SLATALYST does not retain the code as plaintext.
• If you enable trusted Face ID login, the device credential identifier, device label, public key, creation time, and last-used time. The Secure Enclave private key and Face ID biometric data remain on the iPhone and are not sent to SLATALYST.
• Subscription and entitlement details needed to provide access, including the billing provider, plan, status, relevant dates, and Apple product, transaction, and original-transaction identifiers for Apple in-app purchases. SLATALYST does not receive your full Apple payment credentials.
• Technical diagnostics, rate-limit events, provider freshness, and error details needed to secure and operate the service.
• Policy acceptance versions, the time of acceptance, your confirmation that you are 21 or older, and security-message consent where you choose SMS. Purchase records include the subscription terms you affirm before checkout. We do not request a birth date for this age check.
• A random identifier created by SLATALYST for this browser or app installation, used to recognize repeat account setup and promotional trial requests. This identifier is not derived from hardware, browsing activity, biometrics, or advertising identifiers. It is a limited signal: a shared installation does not establish that accounts belong to the same person.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify trusted-device signatures, apply jurisdiction and sportsbook settings, synchronize filters, tracked picks and unfinished Props drafts, verify and enforce subscription entitlements, protect access with verification, retrieve requested sports data, prevent abuse, and diagnose reliability problems.

Service providers

SLATALYST currently relies on AppDeploy for hosting, authentication, and protected storage; Cloudflare for durable account-security and installation-abuse controls; Google or Apple for primary sign-in; Twilio and SendGrid for one-time-code delivery and verification; Apple for iPhone in-app purchases; Stripe for website checkout and subscription management; and SportsGameOdds for requested market and event data. Sports-data requests contain market query parameters rather than your SLATALYST account identity.

Optional location lookup uses the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder. Some team logos and player photographs load from ESPN or Wikimedia image hosts; loading these images sends those hosts your IP address and browser connection information. An external sportsbook or prediction-market link sends you to that operator, which handles information under its own policy. Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics in Analytics settings, SLATALYST uses Google Analytics to understand visits to the public homepage and product-information pages. Google receives page information, the referring site's origin, browser/device information, and technical connection information. Analytics cookies distinguish visits; they are configured to expire after 30 days. We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days.

The optional Google tag loads only after you allow it. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Our analytics events exclude account identifiers, verification codes, form values, tracked picks, URL query parameters and fragments. We do not enable this tag for signed-in research tools, the native iPhone app, or support, accessibility, privacy, terms and gambling-help pages.

You can use Analytics settings to turn analytics off and remove this site's analytics cookies. This does not affect sign-in or essential app storage. A browser privacy signal keeps optional analytics off. Learn about Google's privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

The installation identifier expires in local storage after 180 days and is kept through sign-out for abuse prevention. Clearing this site's storage removes it. The server uses a hashed identifier: recent account associations expire after 30 days and trial-to-installation associations after 180 days, with routine cleanup within a day. A minimal account trial-use record is retained to enforce one trial per account, including after account deletion; this record does not retain the installation association beyond that period. These records are separate from subscription and rate-limit storage. If a shared installation or unavailable browser storage affects your trial, contact support for review; sign-in and paid subscription access remain available.

Account state is retained while the account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, billing reconciliation, debugging, and legal obligations. You can delete SLATALYST-owned profile, trusted-device credentials, preferences, Pick Tracker records, unfinished Props drafts, and pending contact-change data from Profile → Delete SLATALYST account. Deleting SLATALYST account data does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete your Google or Apple identity at that provider. Apple billing must be managed separately. During website-account deletion, we attempt to cancel Stripe renewal; an incomplete response means cleanup still needs attention. Hosted sign-in identity cleanup and Apple sign-in authorization revocation also depend on our authentication provider. Some transaction, security, or audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary. You can also use the Support page or email support@slatalyst.com for access or correction requests. Do not send passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, or one-time codes.

Unfinished Player Props drafts are limited to nine supported sports, with up to six selections per draft and size limits. A device may retain two local alternatives and their pending edits while changes await sync or conflict review, including an empty Clear choice. A third alternative is rejected without discarding the retained choices. Drafts remain until replaced, explicitly cleared or removed with account data, subject to browser storage availability; there is no automatic time-based expiry. A device save is reported only after browser storage confirms the entire change. A failed or uncertain save stays unconfirmed. A matching cloud acknowledgement is required before another device signed in to the same account can retrieve a change; otherwise it may still show the last confirmed draft. Conflicting choices require your review. Restoring keeps the original recorded price and time and does not establish current sportsbook availability or freshness.

Browser and app storage

Essential browser/app storage holds account-scoped filters, Pick Tracker records, unfinished drafts, recent research history, session activity and the installation identifier. Unfinished Player Props recovery uses a separate local browser database. Ordinary sign-out clears other private app storage but retains these recovery copies. They are immediately hidden and stay unavailable until the same account signs in and current protected account state is checked. Sign-out does not erase them. Clear records an empty choice pending cloud acknowledgement; unresolved conflicting choices remain for explicit review.

Completed account deletion removes cloud drafts. On the device completing deletion, the app immediately hides selections and retires the session, then attempts to remove the local draft payloads; removal is confirmed only when its storage transaction completes. It retains only minimal account-bound deletion metadata to prevent older queued writes from restoring them; its small local safety marker remains through later account updates so older responses cannot restore the removed selections. Sign-out also refreshes this marker while retaining unfinished selections. Before requesting draft recovery, the app checks local storage without saving an empty draft. A failed check keeps recovery unavailable until a fresh check and current account response can confirm it. If local cleanup fails or cannot be confirmed, cleanup remains unconfirmed even though the selections are hidden. A signed-out or offline device cannot be remotely cleared and must reconcile before showing retained content on a later sign-in. Clearing this site's browser/app storage removes local database copies and deletion metadata on that installation, including signed-out drafts, but does not delete cloud drafts or copies on other devices. Browser eviction and power loss can affect device storage; we do not guarantee indefinite local retention. Shared market caches contain sports data, not account profiles. Optional analytics storage is separate and uses the choice and cookie lifetimes described above.

Privacy requests and third-party tracking

Use Profile → Delete SLATALYST account for in-app deletion. For access, correction or other privacy requests, contact support. We verify identity proportionately and do not ask for passwords or one-time codes. Optional analytics stays off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Other sites you visit through external links may have their own tracking practices. This notice does not imply that selecting a state or declining analytics opts you out at another company.

Age and jurisdiction

SLATALYST accounts require age 21 or older and the service is not directed to children. Contact support if you believe a person under 21 has an account; do not send identity documents or a child’s sensitive information in an ordinary email. We restrict access and review appropriate deletion and legal obligations. Sportsbook eligibility and minimum age vary by location. The product does not accept wagers and does not replace an operator’s eligibility checks.

Changes

This notice may change as beta features and providers change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are published.
