Information SLATALYST handles

• Account identifiers and profile details supplied by the Google or Apple sign-in flow.
• Your state, selected sportsbooks, dashboard filters, tracked picks, parlays, and related preferences.
• If you choose Use my location, the coordinates supplied by your device are sent to SLATALYST long enough to determine your state. Precise coordinates are not stored; the resulting state may be saved with your profile.
• Your chosen security destination, verification state, and session-security events. A code you enter is submitted to SLATALYST for verification by the applicable email or SMS verification flow. SLATALYST does not retain the code as plaintext.
• If you enable trusted Face ID login, the device credential identifier, device label, public key, creation time, and last-used time. The Secure Enclave private key and Face ID biometric data remain on the iPhone and are not sent to SLATALYST.
• Subscription and entitlement details needed to provide access, including the billing provider, plan, status, relevant dates, and Apple product, transaction, and original-transaction identifiers for Apple in-app purchases. SLATALYST does not receive your full Apple payment credentials.
• Technical diagnostics, rate-limit events, provider freshness, and error details needed to secure and operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify trusted-device signatures, apply jurisdiction and sportsbook settings, synchronize filters and tracked picks, verify and enforce subscription entitlements, protect access with verification, retrieve requested sports data, prevent abuse, and diagnose reliability problems.

Service providers

SLATALYST currently relies on AppDeploy for hosting, authentication, and protected storage; Google or Apple for primary sign-in; Twilio and an email delivery provider for one-time-code delivery and verification; Apple for iPhone in-app purchases; Stripe for website checkout and subscription management; and SportsGameOdds for requested market and event data. Sports-data requests contain market query parameters rather than your SLATALYST account identity.

Retention and deletion

Account state is retained while the account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, billing reconciliation, debugging, and legal obligations. You can delete SLATALYST-owned profile, trusted-device credentials, preferences, Pick Tracker records, and pending contact-change data from Profile → Delete SLATALYST account. Deleting a SLATALYST account does not cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription and does not delete the Google or Apple identity managed by that provider. Some transaction, security, or audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary. You can also use the Support page or email support@slatalyst.com for access or correction requests. Do not send passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, or one-time codes.

Age and jurisdiction

SLATALYST is not directed to children. Sportsbook eligibility and minimum age vary by location. The product does not accept wagers and does not replace an operator’s eligibility checks.

This notice may change as beta features and providers change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are published.
