Include with a report

• The sport and workspace: Games, Player Props, Prediction Markets, DFS, Results, or Pick Tracker.
• The approximate time, selected books, and the exact on-screen message.
• Whether you used the website or iPhone TestFlight app, plus the browser or TestFlight build number, device model, and iOS version.

Never include

Do not send passwords, SportsGameOdds keys, Twilio credentials, full phone numbers, authentication cookies, or one-time verification codes.

Quick checks

• Refresh once and allow the current sport to finish loading.
• Confirm your state and sportsbook selections in Profile.
• On iPhone, install or update SLATALYST from Apple's TestFlight app, then confirm the displayed TestFlight build is the build requested for testing.
• If live data is unavailable, copy the exact provider message instead of repeatedly refreshing.

Location on iPhone

If Use my location is unavailable, open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → SLATALYST and allow location while using the app. You may always choose your state manually instead. SLATALYST uses the coordinates to determine a state and does not store the precise coordinates.

Face ID trusted login

Sign in with Google or Apple and complete a current SLATALYST security code before enabling Face ID trusted login in Profile. Your iPhone must have a passcode and Face ID configured. If Face ID enrollment changes, or the trusted iPhone was removed from your account, complete one new security code and enroll the device again. A fully signed-out account still requires Google or Apple sign-in.

Subscription help

• For an Apple in-app purchase, use Refresh billing or Restore Purchases in SLATALYST and manage the plan through Apple's subscription sheet. Use the same Apple Account and SLATALYST account associated with the original TestFlight purchase.
• For a website purchase, use Manage subscription to open Stripe's hosted customer portal. Apple cannot manage a Stripe subscription, and Stripe cannot manage an Apple subscription.
• The one-time 30-day no-card SLATALYST trial is separate from TestFlight sandbox subscriptions. Clearing Apple sandbox purchase history does not reset the SLATALYST trial.
